Popping pearls for caterers, weddings and event bars
A sealed 40 ml cup of popping pearls per guest. Tip it into a welcome drink or spoon it over a dessert at the counter, and the next guest gets a fresh cup: no jug to refill, nothing left open between guests. Hibiscus, Peach and Lemon, for weddings, sangeets, office parties and event bars.
Sample kit, then a written rate card. Delhi NCR to begin with.

A sealed serving per guest
In most places that serve popping pearls, they are scooped from a big tub kept behind the counter. At an event that tub sits open for hours, and two people scooping give two different portions.
Pova Pearls come one serving to a cup, sealed until someone peels the lid. One guest, one cup. The number of cups is the number of servings, so planning a counter is arithmetic rather than guesswork, and a cup nobody opened is still sealed at the end of the night.
Nothing open between guests
Each cup is peeled at the counter, for the guest in front of you.
The same portion every time
One 40 ml cup is one serving, whoever is pouring.
Three colours on one tray
Hibiscus is the deep red, Peach the orange, Lemon the gold.
Welcome drinks that need no bar
Four from our recipes that a server can finish in front of a guest. The jugs are made before the doors open; the pearls go in glass by glass, last, after the ice and the pour. All four are alcohol-free.
A mocktail counter in three moves
Open
Peel the lid on one cup. That is one serving, portioned and sealed until this moment.
Pour
Tip the pearls in last: after the ice, after the pour, so they sit where the guest can see them.
Serve
Hand it over. The next guest gets their own cup, so nothing is left open between guests.
That is the whole training. For a self-serve table, line the cups up by colour and let guests peel their own.
Dessert counters
On a dessert counter the pearls are the last spoonful on top. Everything under them is set and cold: kulfi, falooda, cheesecake jars. Pearls never go onto anything warm and never into the oven.
How many cups
One cup per guest per drink or dessert. That is the whole sum:
- 100 guests, one welcome drink each: 100 cups.
- 300 guests, a welcome drink and a dessert counter: 600 cups.
- Three flavours in equal colours: a third of the cups in each.
Your rate card turns that number into packs and a price. There are no trade prices on this page.

Trade questions
How many cups do I need for a wedding?
One cup per guest per drink or dessert. For 300 guests and one welcome drink each, that is 300 cups; add a dessert counter and it is 600. The pack sizes are on your rate card.
Can the pearls go into hot drinks or warm desserts?
No. They are a finish for cold or room-temperature food and drink, added last. They are never boiled, baked or blended, and they soften in anything warm.
Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?
Delhi NCR to begin with. Put your city in the form and the team will tell you what is possible.
Minimum order
Confirmed in writing on your rate card. It is being sized so a single outlet can start, not a chain.
Lead time
Confirmed in writing on your rate card, once our manufacturing partner's terms are in writing. Delhi NCR to begin with.
Storage
Confirmed on the spec sheet and printed on the label. Until then we do not print a storage line anywhere.
Shelf life
Confirmed on the spec sheet and our own trial; the date prints on every label. We are not going to guess it here.
Pricing
Per pack and per serving, on your rate card, so you can cost a menu line before you commit. It arrives with the samples.
Tell us where you pour.
Six lines. It lands with the team rather than a mailing list, and a person replies. Samples follow batch one and come from our manufacturing partner, never our kitchen.
