About the pearls
What is it?
A single-serve vial of popping pearls with electrolytes, in Hibiscus — floral up front, tart on the finish. A popping pearl is a thin skin holding flavoured juice; it gives way the moment you bite it. It is a treat, not a supplement.
How do I use it?
Twist the cap off and tip the vial into anything cold — sparkling water, iced tea, lemonade, yogurt, ice cream, cut fruit. Pearls always go in last. Or eat them straight out of the vial.
Are they the same as tapioca boba?
No. Tapioca pearls are chewy. Popping pearls have a thin outer skin and a liquid centre that bursts when you bite.
What ingredients and allergens are in them?
The final ingredient list, allergen information, nutrition panel and serving size are still being confirmed. We will publish the verified label before the first batch ships. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please wait for that information before deciding.
Are they a supplement?
No. Pova is a food to enjoy, not a supplement. We make no nutrition or benefit claims, and the full ingredient and nutrition details go on the label once they are verified.
How do I store it?
Storage instructions, shelf life and the serving size are being confirmed. Follow the verified label when the product arrives; we will publish those details before batch one ships.
Orders & the first batch
When does it ship?
Every order is a pre-order. The dispatch date is confirmed once batch one is scheduled — we do not print a month we have not been given in writing. You can cancel any time before it leaves us and the whole amount comes back, with no form to fill.
Which flavour can I order?
Our first flavour is Hibiscus. The product page shows the available quantities and current pricing. Other flavours are not part of the first release.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, before dispatch. Pre-orders are fully refundable. See our refunds policy for the current process, and contact the team with your order reference.
Do I need an account?
No. You can explore Pova and use guest checkout without creating one. Accounts are optional and provide a place to see your orders.
Can I stock Pova in my café?
Yes, we are taking trade enquiries. Use the For cafés page to tell us about your business. Sample availability, pricing and delivery are confirmed by the team rather than promised automatically.
