Why it worksSparkling water is clear and plain. Deep pink pearls make it read as a proper drink rather than a consolation prize.

What you need

  • Hibiscus pearls1 vial
  • Sparkling water, cold200 ml

  • Iceone large cube

Method

pearls last, always
  1. One big cube in a highball, sparkling water poured down the side.
