- Popping pearls with electrolytes
A thin skin around a juicy, flavoured centre. Bite down and it bursts.
- One cup, one serving
40 ml, sealed, single-serve. Nothing to measure, nothing left over in the fridge.
- Tip it into anything cold
Soda, iced tea, nimbu pani, lassi, yogurt, kulfi, cut fruit — or straight from the cup with a spoon.
- One cup, or packs of 3, 6 or 9
A pack can be one flavour or a mix of all three. Try one cup, share three, or bring six or nine to a party.
In one pop
Peach
Peach is the gentle one. Warm orange pearls with a soft, sweet centre that sits beautifully in iced tea and on a bowl of thick dahi. It is the flavour that makes everything around it taste a little more like summer.

Asked before you buy.
What exactly is a popping pearl?+
A small sphere with a thin, soft skin holding flavoured juice. It holds its shape in a drink and bursts the moment you bite it.
How do I eat it?+
Peel the lid and tip the cup into anything cold — soda, iced tea, lemonade, lassi, yogurt, ice cream, cut fruit. Pearls always go in last. Or eat them straight from the cup with a spoon.
How much is in one cup?+
One 40 ml cup is one serving. Every recipe on this site counts pearls by the cup, so there is nothing to measure.
Can I heat or cook with them?+
No — pearls are a finish, not an ingredient. Keep them cold or at room temperature, never boiled, baked or blended.
Can I mix flavours?+
Yes, and you should. A pack of 3, 6 or 9 can be one flavour or a mix of your own: pick the mix in the pack picker on any flavour’s page. Hibiscus with peach looks like a sunset in a glass; hibiscus with lemon is a pink lemonade. There are combination recipes on the recipes page.
Can I order Peach and Lemon?+
Yes. Hibiscus, Peach and Lemon are all available, as a single cup or in packs of 3, 6 or 9, one flavour or a mix. Strawberry and Lychee are coming soon.
How do I store it, and how long does it keep?+
Storage instructions and shelf life are printed on every pack. We publish them here once the first production batch is labelled.
Can I order for a café, office or event?+
Yes — the wholesale page is for cafés, offices and events, and it has the way to reach us.

No reviews yet.
The first cups have not reached anyone yet, so there is nothing here, and we will not invent anything. Tried it at a stall or a tasting? Tell us what you thought.
