Peach Smoothie Bowl, thick enough for a spoon
  1. Blend the frozen banana, peaches, curd and milk until thick and smooth, adding the milk a spoon at a time.
  2. Spoon into a chilled bowl and lay the toppings across it in rows.
  3. Tip the pearls down the middle and eat it while it is still cold.

Once it's blended, a smoothie bowl is one smooth texture. The pearls go on after the blender, so every spoon finds something that pops.

One cup is one serving, so this recipe counts pearls by the cup rather than in grams. Nothing on this page is a claim about what the pearls do.
