Hibiscus Vermicelli Float

Why it worksVermicelli dessert is already a texture game. The pearls add the one texture it never had, and a tart note to cut the sweet.
What you need
- Hibiscus pearls2 vials
- Chilled milk300 ml
- Strawberry syrup3 tbsp
- Vermicelli, soaked2 tbsp
- Basil seeds, soaked1 tbsp
- Strawberry ice cream2 scoops
Method
pearls last, always- Syrup into the base of each glass, then the soaked vermicelli and basil seeds.
- Cold milk over the back of a spoon so the layers hold.
- Ice cream on top, pearls over the ice cream so they stay visible.
- Long spoon. Eat down through the layers.
