Whether cash on delivery is offered at all, where, and up to what amount, is stated at checkout before you pay. It is not available today, because there is no checkout.

Refunds, cancellations and anything that went wrong: the contact page. It is read by a person. There is no published mailbox or phone line yet — when there is, it will be printed here, and on the footer of every page. When there is a registered company there will be a named grievance officer, with their own details, on the terms.
Who is behind this
Pova Pearls is a pre-launch venture by six founders in Gurgaon. There is no registered company yet and none is being registered, so there is no entity name, registered address, GSTIN or food-licence number to print. They will be printed here, in full, before any order is taken — which is also why this site has no checkout.
